£9,468 to £34,668 per annm (fll time eqivalent)

Location: Chelmsford

Working Style: Commnity-based worker

This is a part-time position working 11 horsper week with a pro rata salary of p to £1,36 per annm.

What yo'll be doing

Yo'll deliver engaging and inclsive learning experiences that develop learners' sports massage knowledge, practical skills and confidence.

Yo will:

Deliver high-qality teaching, learning and assessment within Sports Massage programmes.

Develop lesson plans, schemes of work and learning resorces that meet learner needs, awarding body reqirements and indstry standards.

Teach practical sports massage techniqes, anatomy and physiology, client consltation, treatment planning and professional practice.

Prepare learners for assessment and spport them to achieve sccessfl otcomes.

Adapt learning activities to meet individal learner needs and remove barriers to learning.

Maintain accrate learner attendance, progress and achievement records sing ACL systems.

Contribte to qality improvement activities and maintain p-to-date vocational and indstry knowledge.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience and expertise within the sports massage, fitness, therapy or wellbeing sector.

Is passionate abot developing others and helping learners achieve their goals.

Can create engaging and inclsive learning experiences for adlts from diverse backgronds.

nderstands how to adapt teaching approaches to meet a variety of learner needs.

Has excellent commnication and relationship-bilding skills.

Is committed to delivering otstanding learner otcomes.

What yo'll bring

Essential

Level 3 Sports Massage qalification.

Relevant vocational qalifications and indstry experience in Sports Massage.

Experience of teaching, training, coaching or spporting learners.

Strong commnication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to safegarding, eqality, diversity and inclsion.

Desirable

A recognised teaching qalification (AET, CET, DET, PGCE or eqivalent), or willingness to work towards one.

Experience delivering accredited Sports Massage qalifications.

Experience of learner assessment and progress monitoring.

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, injry prevention, rehabilitation, soft tisse dysfnction and sports performance techniqes.

Experience delivering adlt learning programmes.

1-hor Micro Teach Presentation, where yo'll have the opportnity to showcase yor teaching approach and sbject expertise. Sccessfl candidates will then progress to a 1-hor Competency and Behavioral-Based Interview, allowing s to learn more abot yor experience, skills, and how yo align with or vales and the reqirements of the role.
