Adlt Commnity Learning (ACL), part of Essex Conty Concil, is seeking a passionate Vocational Trainer to deliver high-qality Health & Social Care learning across Essex.

This is a fantastic opportnity for someone with strong sector experience who wants to share their knowledge, spport workforce development and make a real difference to people working in adlt care and children's residential care.

Accontabilities

Deliver engaging Health & Social Care training to adlt learners and apprentices.

Spport learners working towards qalifications p to Level 5.

Bring learning to life sing yor real-world sector experience.

Work closely with employers and learners to help them achieve their goals.

Create positive learning experiences that bild confidence, knowledge and skills.

Deliver both face-to-face and online learning across Essex.

Skills & Knowledge:

Significant Health & Social Care sector experience. With sbject specific qalification p to Level 3 (Level 5 desirable).

Experience spporting, mentoring, training or developing others.

Knowledge of Adlt Care and/or Children's Residential Care.

Excellent commnication and organisational skills.

A passion for helping others learn and develop.

Desirable

Teaching, training and/or assessment qalifications.

Experience delivering qalifications or apprenticeships.

Experience of frther edcation or work-based learning.
