Permanent, Part Time

£34,668 per annm (fll time eqivalent)

Location: Basildon

Working Style: Commnity-based worker

Please note this role is part-time working 17.76 hors per week. Actal salary earnings based on these hors - £16,64 per annm.

While there is no fixed working pattern at present, candidates mst be available to work an evening, potentially a Tesday or Wednesday.

What yo'll be doing

Yo will plan and deliver high-qality, engaging learning across a range of digital programmes, from introdctory corses throgh to accredited qalifications.

Topics may inclde:

Digital skills for everyday life and work

Microsoft Office applications

Digital prodctivity and collaboration tools

Online safety and cyber awareness

Digital development (Web design, Programming, Social Media)

Digital employability skills

Sector-specific digital qalifications

Working with diverse grops of adlt learners, yo'll create inclsive learning experiences that bild confidence, develop skills and spport progression into employment, frther learning or career advancement.

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong digital knowledge and practical experience

Enjoys helping others learn and scceed

Can deliver engaging face-to-face and online learning

nderstands how to adapt teaching to different learner needs

Is committed to creating an inclsive and spportive learning environment

Can work collaboratively with colleages, employers and commnity partners

What yo'll bring

Essential:

Strong digital skills and knowledge across a range of technologies and applications

A Level 3 qalification (or higher) in a relevant sbject area or eqivalent experience

Experience of training, teaching, coaching or spporting others to learn

Excellent commnication and interpersonal skills

Confidence sing digital systems and technology

Desirable:

A teaching qalification (PTLLS, CET, DET, PGCE or eqivalent) or willingness to work towards one

Experience delivering adlt learning or vocational training

Knowledge of accredited qalifications and assessment practices

Digital development (web design, programming, social media marketing) experience.

What to expect:

1-hor Micro Teach Presentation, in person, where yo'll have the opportnity to showcase yor teaching approach and sbject expertise. Sccessfl candidates will then progress to a 1-hor Competency and Behavioral-Based Interview, allowing s to learn more abot yor experience, skills, and how yo align with or vales and the reqirements of the role.
