Technology Resilience Lead: We're looking for a hands-on Technology Resilience Lead to become the go-to SME for resilience, disaster recovery and capacitymanagement across or technology estate. Working across AWS, Azre andtraditional data centre environments, yo'll play a critical role in ensringor services remain resilient, recoverable and fit for the ftre.

This is a newly created position, giving yo the opportnityto shape the resilience fnction, inflence strategy and make the role yorown. Yo'll work across infrastrctre, clod, architectre and secrity teamsto drive practical resilience improvements and embed best practice.

Main Responsibilities as Technology Resilience Lead:

Own disaster recovery planning, testing and recovery readiness across critical technology services.

Leadresilience testing and simlation exercises to validate recovery capabilitiesand identify weaknesses

Monitor capacity, performance and service dependencies, proactively redcing resilience risks.

Drive resilience improvements across AWS, Azre and on-premise infrastrctre environments.

.Provide expert gidance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to spport DORA, operational resilience and risk reqirements.

Skills and experience yo need as a Technology Resilience Lead:

Experience in technology operations, infrastrctre, clod, application spport, platform engineering, site reliability engineering or a related discipline.

Practical nderstanding of disaster recovery, service continity and technology resilience.

Experience working with critical or highly available technology services.

Yo'llse yor strong stakeholder management skills to engage with technical andbsiness leaders, and ensre or critical services can withstand and recoverfrom disrption when it matters most

Ability to commnicate technology risks and findings clearly.
