We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Placement Support Team in Ipswich providing support to Producers and Brokers in servicing our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to a range a clients located within Asia Pacific working with colleagues in local and overseas offices.
Review market security information on carriers, checking compliance and financial positions
Liaise with Compliance / Sanctions Team on sanctions checks where touch points exist
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
Work closely with Sales Teams to ensure effective delivery of client service to clients
Support creation of some slips / endorsements
Check files to ensure all information is present and accurate
Ensure contract records are accurately maintained within transactional broking system
Generate and issue evidence of cover, debit notes and closing instructions to a high level and within timescales
Regular contact with colleagues on technical support/contracts
Manage and resolve queries from all stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Willis policies and CEM throughout the placement process
Maintain files in an orderly manner electronically, ensuring these are within CEM guidelines
Responsible for ensuring post placement servicing is delivered and prioritised, invoiced and settled in accordance with contract terms and clients expectations, overseeing end to end process until full payment to/from all parties.
Works proactively with peer group and team members to share knowledge to achieve the best results for the clients.
Reinsurance or Industry knowledge
Educated to A level standard
Working towards the ACII qualification or ACII qualified (desirable)
Relevant Insurance industry experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads with good time management skills
Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Experience of use and management of broking systems appropriate to own office (desirable)
Experience in supporting client service through process adherence
Experience in delivering applicable compliance standards with client service teams
Knowledge of global reinsurance markets
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
