The Role
AMS is partnering with a leading global client to hire an experienced Talent Business Partner.

In this strategic role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor to senior business leaders, owning the talent acquisition partnership within your assigned area. You will develop and drive recruitment and sourcing strategies, provide market insights, and guide stakeholders on effective hiring solutions. Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, and an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders, acting as the primary talent acquisition partner and strategic advisor for the business.
• Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, sourcing strategies, market trends, and talent availability to support informed hiring decisions.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders where appropriate, helping shape effective hiring strategies that align business priorities with market realities.
• Translate business objectives into clear recruitment priorities, ensuring effective execution and alignment between stakeholder expectations and recruitment delivery.
• Drive proactive talent pipelining and attraction strategies to support current and future hiring demand.
• Use recruitment data, market intelligence, and insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Provide leadership and support on complex or business-critical hiring activity, managing escalations and driving successful resolutions.
• Support key talent initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, talent pipelining, internal mobility, and workforce planning, while ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and service levels

Skills & Requirements

• UK Strategic operations and business services leader with extensive experience driving operational excellence, process optimisation, workforce planning, technology adoption, and large-scale team leadership across global organisations.
• Proven track record delivering transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiency,
• implementing scalable processes and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business performance.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and executing strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.

• Lead operational delivery and strategic execution across multiple global client portfolios ensuring performance, quality, governance, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.
• building credibility with and influencing senior business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor and strategic partner.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations and competing priorities.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, service delivery, and stakeholder experience.
