An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a high-profile project at Heathrow Airport, supporting the demolition and redevelopment of the former Terminal 1 site.

Working on one of the UK's most significant infrastructure environments, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate survey control, setting out, and as-built data across a complex demolition and enabling works programme.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain survey control networks.
• Carry out setting out and verification surveys.
• Produce accurate as-built surveys and records.
• Support demolition, enabling works, and civil engineering activities.
• Process and manage survey data using industry-standard software.
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and Heathrow standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Surveyor on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proficient with Leica, Trimble, or Topcon survey equipment.
• Strong understanding of GNSS, Total Stations, and survey control.
• Experience producing topographical and as-built surveys.
• Ability to work within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
• Heathrow, aviation, rail, or major infrastructure experience is advantageous.
