Senior Performance and Contract Manager
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: GMCA, Broadhurst House, Oxford Street, Manchester (hybrid working)

Greater Manchester Combined Authority has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance and Contract Manager within the Education, Work and Skills Directorate's Performance and Contracts Team.
The Directorate plays a central role in delivering Greater Manchester's ambitions for education, employment and skills, working with partners to support inclusive growth and improve outcomes for residents and employers. As devolution continues to give Greater Manchester greater influence over funding and delivery, this role will help ensure devolved programmes are managed effectively, consistently and with strong assurance.
You will lead all aspects of performance and contract management across a range of programmes and funding sources, including GMCA's Integrated Settlement. This will include ensuring that key technical controls, assurance arrangements and processes are in place and applied consistently.
Stakeholder and relationship management will be critical to the role. The post holder will establish, develop and manage constructive relationships with commissioned providers, national and local stakeholders, local authorities, government departments and internal GMCA colleagues, supporting the successful delivery of Greater Manchester's
