This Opportnity:

The Sstainable Infrastrctre team, part of the broader EconomicGrowth & Natral Capital (EGNC) Portfolio based in or Americas region, partners with mining companiesto design and implement positive impact programs-sch as workforce skilling,reforestation, and sstainable agricltre-that benefit mining commnities andregions. The team works across the entire mining life cycle, helping clientsachieve ESG targets while bilding the fondation for commnity resiliencebeyond mine closre. The team draws on expertise from the wider EGNC portfolio,which also works with private sector clients as well as philanthropic bodiesand diverse donors (IDB, SDA, AFD, WB) to spport agricltral vale chaindevelopment, enhance women's access to finance, and mobilize capital forclimate-positive initiatives. Palladim isseeking a Senior Manager, Sstainable Infrastrctre - Oil & Gas to bringteam management experience and technical acmen to both bsiness developmentand project delivery. The role will focs on oil and gas sector clients acrossthe vale chain, inclding pstream, midstream and downstream operations, aswell as associated infrastrctre sch as pipelines, LNG terminals, shippingand logistics, storage, and refining assets. Competitive candidates sholddemonstrate experience working with these types of assets on ESG strategy,impact program design, and implementation, inclding workforce development,local content, economic diversification, commnity investment, and integrationof ESG considerations into operational contexts. The Senior Manager will alsocontribte to bsiness development efforts, inclding strategic planning,portfolio forecasting, proposal development, partnering, networking andrecritment. Flency in English and one other additional langage - French(preferred), Spanish, Arabic, or Portgese is reqired.

Location and Compensation:

The position is be based ot of Palladim's London office. Applicantsmst have crrent/ftre work athorization in the K as visa sponsorshipcannot be provided.

Reporting Lines:

This role reports to the Director, Sstainable Infrastrctre (K based)

PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities:

Project Management

Lead mltidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-qality, client-focsed reslts across complex assignments

Oversee proposal development, bdgeting, project planning, implementation, and reporting to ensre timely and effective delivery

Identify, engage, and manage partners and sbcontractors to strengthen technical qality and delivery capacity

Manage partner and sbcontractor performance to ensre contractally compliant delivery of agreed inpts, otpts, and otcomes

Serve as Project Director, providing qality assrance for deliverables and oversight of bdgets, client relationships, and overall project performance

Bsiness Development

Contribte to the identification, assessment, and prsit of new bsiness opportnities with a focs on expanding Palladim's engagement with oil and gas companies and operators of associated infrastrctre (pipelines, LNG terminals, shipping/logistics, storage and refining)

Contribte to the preparation of technical proposals principally targeting private sector and blended finance opportnities with oil and gas clients (focs on ESG strategy, impact program design and implementation, local content, economic diversification and regional development initiatives linked to energy infrastrctre)

Technical Work

Work with the team to develop short-term inpts and/or consltancy assignments on topics sch as economic development, local content, workforce development, ESG strategy and inclsive bsiness models in oil and gas and related infrastrctre contexts

Lead technical inpt into the design, planning and delivery of ESG and impact initiatives driven by oil and gas operators and infrastrctre developers, inclding pipelines, LNG terminals, shipping/logistics corridors and refining operations that engage private sector, impact fnders or development organizations to co-invest in positive impact

Contribte to research, analysis and pblication of technical reports, case stdies, policy/program approaches, and reslts smmaries on themes related to ESG performance in the energy sector, commnity resilience, regional economic development and transition in oil and gas dependent regions

Help to identify, bild, and maintain relationships with partners and consltants that can provide technical expertise to Palladim-managed projects
Stay crrent on trends and tendencies in the oil and gas sector and track strctral, governance and ESG target changes for key clients across pstream, midstream, downstream and infrastrctre segments

Work with others in the EGNC Portfolio to promote and bild Palladim's technical capability, especially regarding work with mining companies

EssentialCriteria:

7+ years of senior-level experience in a client-facing management role on large, private/pblic sector projects, especially relating to oil and gas and/or associated infrastrctre (pipelines, LNG terminals, shipping, storage and refining) with exposre to ESG, economic development or impact programming

5+ years working directly with oil and gas companies, operators or infrastrctre developers as clients

Flency in English and at least another langage, in either French (preferred), Spanish, Arabic, or Portgese

Strong networks in the oil and gas and broader energy infrastrctre sector

Preference for experience managing teams across geographies and cltres

Proven experience in or on emerging market isses and/or contexts

Experience leading bsiness development efforts and ability to leverage their own network activating new client portfolios qickly

CoreAbilities Reqired:

Strong ability to manage mltiple simltaneos tasks and/or complex projects/assignments as demonstrated by experience to date

Excellent written and oral commnication skills as demonstrated by speaking engagements and/or written docments prodced

Financial acmen and the ability to generate and analyze financial reports and forecasts sing Excel

Sond problem-solving and decision-making skills

DesirableCriteria:

Masters in Economics, Social Sciences, Bsiness Administration, International Development, Political Science, or related fields

Experience engaging mltisector stakeholders in oil & gas and related infrastrctre commnities and regions

Proven ability to apply and adapt models and approaches to catalyzing endring and inclsive economic growth in emerging markets

Experience with conceptalizing and writing technical proposals and reports for private sector clients as well as international donors, inclding both PowerPoint and text docments

Experience with conceptalizing and delivering presentations to small and large grops both in-person and virtally
