The Role
Location: UK Remote

Contract: Perm

Working in partnership with senior stakeholders across AMS, this role is accountable for supporting the enhancement of our extended workforce solutions and services across the globe, aligning our expertise, scope and strategy whilst ensuring compliance and collaboration with key functions (eg legal & Compliance) to grow, bringing innovation and efficiencies to the table and implementing them across the CWS functions.

A Senior Manager in CWS Extended Workforce is accountable for the delivery of projects and programmes that deliver against the strategic direction of CWS and AMS, reducing cost, increasing efficiency, improving the candidate or client experience and reducing risk.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:
  • Provide subject matter expertise on contingent workforce solutions, ensuring alignment with local country legislation and AMS best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to support the strategic direction of CWS and AMS, reducing cost, increasing efficiency, improving the candidate or client experience, reducing risk and promoting growth
  • Successful delivery of projects and programmes across CWS inc. account transformations, Continuous Improvements, client IR35 and SoW diagnostics
  • Develops detailed project and programme governance with clear milestones, deliverables and associated risks
  • Working collaboratively with teams across AMS, ensuring successful Implementation and Operationalisation of projects, in line with AMS, legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining fruitful working relationships with key business, client and 3rd party stakeholders.
  • Support Senior Leadership in the identification and solution architecture of new CWS products and services
  • Development and roll out of CWS training and upskilling across Operational and client facing teams
Skills & Requirements
Must have requirements
  • Recent experience within Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS), demonstrating a deep understanding of the contingent talent landscape
  • Strong ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in contingent legislative frameworks, particularly with a strong understanding of worker classification
  • Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage complex projects and programmes effectively
  • Extensive client-facing experience within a contingent workforce context, including the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of contingent worker types and proficiency in contingent worker rate calculations
  • Process design and continuous improvement
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving

  • Global workforce compliance knowledge
  • Workforce solution design and implementation
  • Training and capability development
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • MSP, VMS, or workforce technology experience
