Senior Business Central SpecialistLocation: Sunderland, hybrid 3-4 days a weekContract: PermanentA Business Central Specialist is required to join a well-established organisation, taking ownership of the development, support and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Reporting to the Business Systems Lead, this role will play a key part in delivering ERP enhancements, supporting digital transformation and ensuring Business Central continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.Key Responsibilities & Skills:Own the development, support and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated ERP functionality.Design, develop and maintain Business Central solutions, integrations and customisations using the Microsoft development stack.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-focused technology solutions.Develop and support integrations with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and third-party applications.Ensure system performance, data integrity, security and governance are maintained across the Business Central environment.Drive optimisation and automation opportunities, adopting a configuration-first approach to minimise technical debt.Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central, AL development, APIs, integrations and ERP transformation within a Microsoft technology environment.The organisation is seeking a Business Central specialist with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. The successful candidate will be confident working across complex Microsoft environments while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
