We are seeking aproactive and highly organised Business Support Senior Administrator to joinour friendly team based at either Capital Court in Exeter or Oaklands Court in Tiverton. Youmay, however, be asked to occasionally work from either CFHD office.
This pivotal role provides essential administrative and customer facing support to our pathways, helping to ensure the smooth,efficient, and professional running of the service each day.
You will work closely with your business support colleagues,frontline clinicians, and managers delivering collaborative, accurate, andreliable secretarial and administrative support across the team.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours perweek. Main duties of the job- Diary management
- Use of electronicsystems
- Preparation ofelectronic files
- Producing lettersand reports
- Assisting withreporting and compilation of data
- Processing ofincoming correspondence
- Providing excellentcustomer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in atimely and accurate way
- Support to clinicalteam members
