We are seeking a proactive and highlyorganised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team basedat our Lescaze site in Dartington. This pivotal role provides essentialadministrative and customer facingsupport to our MERs pathway, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, andprofessional running of the service each day.
You will work closely with your businesssupport colleagues, frontline clinicians, and Psychiatry Consultants,delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrativesupport across the team.
This is a permanent full time positionworking 37.5 hours per week, however applications for job share arrangements or part time hours of 30 hours per week will also be considered.
Main duties of the job- Diary Management
- Use of electronicsystems
- Preparation ofelectronic and paper files
- Producing lettersand reports
- Assisting withreporting and compilation of data
- Processing ofincoming correspondence
- Providing excellentcustomer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in atimely and accurate way

CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children andyoung people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay andSouth Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust. We are workingclosely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver localityand county-wide based integrated access to all of our services.
CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth,Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinicaltraining placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake postgraduate training.
Our integrated care and treatment has beendeveloped and refined in partnership with children, young people and theirfamilies/carers.
