Educaation/Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Good literacy and numeracy, general education
  • NVQ Level 3 Care Certificate or equivalent experience


Desirable criteria
  • Computer qualification or equivalent experience


Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working with the general public/children/parents
  • Experience of working in a customer service role
  • Team working


Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working in a health care environment
  • Experience of working in a school environment
  • Knowledge of stock ordering procedures


Skills and Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality and management of sensitive records
  • Understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) with experience of inputting to databases, spreadsheets and/or other IT systems and business applications used in the office environment

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
