Job description

Would you like to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and
families across Monmouthshire? We are looking for a caring, motivated and resilient Safe and Well Support Worker to join our Children's Services team.
You will provide welfare visits, supervision and practical support to children and
families, helping to ensure children remain safe, supported and connected to the people who are important to them.
