Safe and Wellbeing Assistant Co-ordinator

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate individual who values improving the lives and
life chances of children and young people? We are looking for a motivated, reflective and creative colleague to support our Safe and Well Co-Ordinator in leading our Safe and Well Team.

You will assist in coordinating Support Workers to deliver welfare checks, family support and safeguarding interventions. Working with Social Workers and partner agencies, you will help promote the safety, well-being and positive outcomes of children, young people and families.
