As the Risk and Compliance Manager, you will support the Directors and Senior Managers of the business, providing specialist advice and support in delivering their risk management obligations and regulatory compliance, and driving improved business competencies and ownership of risk and controls. You will lead the design and embedding of the risk management and compliance frameworks, to facilitate identifying, managing and reporting risks and risk appetites, mitigating controls and driving action plans. Through challenge and guidance, you will drive improvements to risk management and oversight, reporting in an appropriate manner, to all interested parties, including the TPT Exec Team and the TPT Audit & Risk Committee.
You will have an eye for detail, have a flexible style, be persuasive with excellent communication, relationship and conflict management skills, and have a strong team player approach.
