TPE receives Silver accreditation in the Inclusive Employers Standard 2023/24

We’re thrilled to announce TransPennine Express (TPE) has received Silver accreditation in the Inclusive Employers Standard 2023/24. 

We last applied in 2021 and received a commitment to inclusivity statement, but this year we’ve leapt up the table to the Silver Award – and it’s thanks to you – our talented colleagues. 

Our network groups and colleague ambassadors have worked hard to help us launch several fantastic initiatives, such as TPE Week of Inclusion, which was a great way to start the year. 

This accreditation highlights our ongoing commitment to inclusivity and drive to embed inclusion into every aspect of TransPennine Express.

Only 18 percent of participants are awarded Silver (4 percent Gold and 57 percent Bronze), and we’re proud to have scored above the industry average in all six pillars of measurement: Engage, equip, empower, embed, evaluate, and evolve.
