About the Opportunity:

Team Sellafield is recruiting for a Risk & Analyst Manager that will primarily lead on closing the identified gaps in the existing FY24-27 Strategy Plan namely:

• Develop Enterprise Risk mitigation strategies and support / drive future innovative solutions;
• Lead on Transformation to the digital environment - Output: Development & successful transition of the SL BU to the PowerBI InEight BMS with wider PowerBI tech advances;
• Develop / integrate business process for technological innovation solutions as part of market diversification strategy in robotics, ROV & UAV technologies;
• Develop interactive management tools to drive areas such as Succession Planning and Leadership training.

• Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software;
• Capability to identify and solve problems;
• Ability to align analytical efforts with organizational goals and drive business outcomes;
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools to support risk assessment and monitoring;
• Understanding of financial principles and metrics to evaluate risk impacts;
• Ability to work across a wide portfolio.
