Location: Units 56/57, Castle Court Royal Avenue, Belfast, Antrim BT1 1FD

DesignateRole - willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned apermanent location.
Hours per Week: 39hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will bediscussed further at interview.
Salary:Upto £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

The Role

As a Store Manager Designate, you'll travelbetween different stores in your area, supporting where you're neededmost. It's a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, andenjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won't be on the move foreverthough-this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into apermanent store and developing your career.

As the Store Manager, you'll;

• Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
• Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Ensure the smooth running of the store.

What you'll needto succeed

• Bringing fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail management, ideally 2+ years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers - with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
