Location: Designate Role - willing to travel within 1 hor of yor base store ntil assigned a permanent location.
Hors per Week: 39 hors
Shift pattern: Fll-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discssed frther at interview.
Salary:p to £38, per annm

The Role

As a Store Manager Designate, yo'll travel between different stores in yor area, spporting where yo're needed most. It's a great way to meet new teams, bild yor skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in yor day. Yo won't be on the move forever thogh-this role is designed to help yo grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing yor career.

As the Store Manager, yo'll;

Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver otstanding cstomer service & maximise performance.

Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.

Ensre operational excellence, inclding adits, bdgets, and stock management.

Drive sales throgh promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.

Ensre the smooth rnning of the store.

What yo'll need to scceed

Bringing fresh ideas from yor previos experience in retail management, ideally + years

Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.

Passion for cstomer service & sales.

Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.

A reslts-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

Willingness to carry ot piercing services for or cstomers - with fll training provided (Optional)

This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a fll K driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
