Detailed job description and main responsibilities

• Support the Senior Qualitative Insights and Engagement Manager to implement ICHP's overall strategic approach to qualitative insights.
• Independently lead on planning and delivering qualitative activities. For example, depth interviews and focus groups with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Share subject matter expertise through leading internal teaching sessions and regularly acting as an expert advisor for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collate findings from qualitative activities and synthesise these to create accessible and actionable insights.
• Represent ICHP in regional and national engagement and involvement networks as necessary.

• Robust and effective project management skills, e.g. time management, budget management and project reporting.
• Knowledge of engagement and involvement methodologies (or social research methodologies) and experience of putting these into practice
• Experience of supporting qualitative elements of evaluations.
• Confidence coaching others around how to embed engagement into their project plans
