About the opportunity

The Decommissioning Unit delivers a range of high risk/ high value, outcome-based reward projects with innovative commercial arrangements or projects requiring a major/complex programme management skill set.
Operating within the Decommissioning Business Unit, the PPP framework is a portfolio of complex construction projects with a potential value of £7bn to be undertaken across a 20-year timescale in support of the Sellafield decommissioning programme.

For the central PPP Services Team in Birchwood Park we are seeking Operations Stakeholder Manager.

Supporting the Operations & Commercial Leads, the Operations Stakeholder Manager shall report to the Operations & Commercial Lead and will be required to:

• Support the Operations & Commercial Lead in upholding Jacobs values within PPP, driving for progressive improvement in the effective application of the contracting model within Lot 2 and across the partnership; working with the other partners' Commercial Leads to develop cross-PPP strategies and implementation plans will be key aspect of this role.
• Support specific projects within the programme through effective project management, empowered to set priorities for others within the team to meet the requirements of individual projects and the overall programme.
• Maintain long-term relationships with the customer and other stakeholders within specific PPP projects
• Support the delivery of financial targets for the business area (revenue, profit and staff utilisation) through the defence of commercial interests
• Ensure all relevant records are kept as appropriate, monitor and maintain project documentation records and registers in compliance with client and Jacobs' policies, procedures and expectations

Here's What You'll Need:

• Degree educated in an Engineering or Construction related discipline or other relevant qualification
• Working knowledge of the NEC forms of contract
• Both pre- and post-contract knowledge
• Experience of Project Management throughout the entire life cycle of a project.
• Experience of Large Projects or Programmes.
