South Staffordshire College are looking to employ a highly motivatedand inspirational individual to join our Learning Support team at Futures, apurpose-built specialist facility at Rodbaston campus that provides a highquality, fully inclusive learning environment for our students with severe andcomplex learning difficulties and disabilities.

Weare seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Worker who can workeffectively and imaginatively to provide first class support for students, todevelop education, communication, social, emotional and personal skills toassist with their preparation into adulthood. Our provision centresaround delivering personalised study programmes which are designed to supporteach one of our learners to achieve their full potential.

Youwill be a strong team player with a real desire to help young adults. Previousexperience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adultswith learning differences and or disabilities, knowledge of SEND and theEducation, Health and Care process will be an advantage. This is an excellentopportunity for the right candidate to join this successful team.
