Job Title: International Student Orientation Ambassador

Date and Times:

Thursday 10th September - 08:45 - 17:00 (30 minute break)

Friday 11th September - 08:45 - 17:30 (30 minute break)

Location:
Cambridge Campus

Pay Rate:
£13.45 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic ambassadors to help welcome our new cohort of international students to ARU during Welcome Week.

Role Overview:

As an International Orientation Ambassador, you will help ensure our new international students have a smooth and welcoming start to their time at ARU.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with setting up the orientation venue
• Supporting the International Office help desk by answering questions and providing guidance
• Leading campus tours to help students familiarise themselves with facilities and services
• Directing students to the correct locations and sessions
• Offering a friendly and approachable point of contact throughout the day

The International Office is seeking ambassadors who are:

• Proactive and approachable
• Skilled in delivering excellent customer service
• Knowledgeable about ARU's campus, services, and student support
• Strong communicators who can help students feel confident in their new environment
