Turn vendor partnerships into scalable growth

The Hybrid Platforms Senior Alliance Manager role blends ownership, oversight, and leadership. The primary focus is the management and evolution of the silver vendor tier, alongside leadership and direction for Alliance Managers. You will act as a trusted deputy to the Alliances Lead, supporting strategic execution, leading complex vendor engagement, and ensuring the effective operation of the vendor ecosystem across your tech tower.

As Hybrid Platforms Senior Alliance Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Own the direction and performance of silver tier vendors within your aligned technology tower
• Use vendor, market, pipeline and performance insight to identify opportunities and risks
• Translate vendor priorities into focused go-to-market activity that supports pipeline creation, growth opportunities and measurable business outcomes
• Identify and unlock commercial opportunities across the vendor portfolio
• Provide line management, coaching and best practise, direction to Alliance Managers

We'd love you to have

• 3-5 years' experience in alliances, partnerships, or vendor management
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong commercial awareness (rebates, incentives, programme structures)
• Confident in leading challenging and senior stakeholder conversations
• A proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to spot gaps, create structure and drive activity forward without needing close direction
