For the Undergraduate Open Day we are looking for students from the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care (HeMS) to work as Ambassadors for their course/faculty and talk to potential students about your course and life at ARU.

Date: Saturday 3rd October 2026

Times: 09:00 - 14:30

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Location: Cambridge Campus - this is an on campus role

Duties:

• Provide support to academics, with their course talks.
• Welcoming prospective students and answering questions.
• Share your student knowledge and experiences.
• Support any demonstrations or discuss displays of student work.
• Assisting with the setting up and dismantling of Open Day rooms.
• Take further instruction from the course academics to support the event.

Qualifications

• You must be a current ARU HeMS student
• Be proactive
• Have excellent communication skills and be polite, helpful and engaging
• Have a good knowledge of the Campus
