Created by the retirement of our current postholder, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of pedagogy and to impact on positive outcomes for our colleagues, our students and apprentices. Working closely with the Vice Principal (Curriculum and Quality) you will need to work effectively across a large college and in particular with the Heads of Area, to support and implement the quality cycle. You will contribute to our regular TLA CPD and staff development days and lead our team of teaching and learning coaches. You will also lead and manage the Personal Development lead for the college and our digital learning development team. Working through communities of practice you will support our college approach of learning from and with each other.
