- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- A full UK driving licence, or the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.

What You Will Get in Return

- A salary of up to £36,581 per annum.
- The opportunity to gain practical experience across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
- Ongoing support, training, and mentorship from experienced construction professionals.
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle, helping you build the skills and experience required for a successful career in Quantity Surveying.
- Professional development opportunities, including support towards industry-recognised qualifications and chartership pathways.
- A collaborative working environment where you can develop your career while contributing to projects that deliver real value for communities and stakeholders.
