Job Title: Facilities Co-ordinator and PA to Facilities Director - 12 month fixed term contract
Department: Facilities
Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 (flexibility around start and finish times will be expected).

Purpose of the role: To provide proactive, professional PA, co-ordination and high quality administration support to the Property and Facilities Director and the Facilities department.
Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Previous PA/Co-ordination experience at a senior level
- Previous specialist knowledge of Facilities services is advantageous
- Practical experience of working within service level agreements
- Knowledge of Facilities responsibilities
- Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience of document management system advantageous (i.e., Filesite)
- Occasional travel to other offices will be required (possibly overnight)
