Introducing Mika, an apprentice in finance in his second year. Through his apprenticeship, he is receiving the tools and guidance he needs to advance his abilities.

Mika has a committed course mentor and extensive training, which will help him succeed in his career. Here's what he had to say:

• I knew early on that an apprenticeship was the route for me as I was eager to start working as soon as I finished my A-levels. I was aware that an apprenticeship would give me the chance to obtain valuable work experience while simultaneously gaining the qualifications I needed.
• Throughout the apprenticeship program, I received encouragement and support from my colleagues and the firm, as well as access to comprehensive training and a course mentor who provided additional assistance and resources to help me improve my skills and successfully complete my studies. This apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to interact with and work alongside knowledgeable industry professionals, which has helped me develop the skills and experience I need to advance my career in the future.
