Location Overview:

Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London's greenest boroughs. Here you'll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description:

Due to ongoing growth in our Global Payments Solutions business, we are seeking a highly motivated EMEA Head of Fulfilment with institutional client experience, to join our Bromley based Global Operations organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 16, as well as, the end-to-end client onboarding experience, providing a differentiated client experience and best in class project management experience. The Fulfilment Manager will have an operational mindset, tactically executing onboarding events, whilst also being strategically focused. The EMEA Fulfilment organization is made up of a diverse range of people from varied backgrounds who each bring unique skillsets and perspectives. We are seeking forward thinkers with the ability to pre-empt the evolution of the client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities:
  • You will deliver Operational oversight for Client Onboarding activity for a defined client segment.
  • You will provide world class Project Management, leadership and accountability for delivering events within the client onboarding life cycle.
  • You will project manage execution timelines in conjunction with accountable internal departments to meet client target date.
  • You will drive employee performance through the intelligent use of data. Recruits, on-boards and develops talent, and supports talent mobility for career growth.
  • You will be the driver of business outcomes by delivering results through effective team management, structure, and routines.
  • You will operate within our risk framework. Leads and encourages the identification, escalation and resolution of potential risks.
  • You will be Industry aware; remain current with the latest developments in the Treasury domain, with a focus on competitor insight for client onboarding.

What we are looking for:
  • You will have Operations Management experience.
  • You will have experience in Workforce Management & Analytics.
  • You will be able to measure performance of projects, including Process Design.
  • You will have direct experience with Performance Management and Talent Development.
  • You will have robust Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building.
  • You will have experience Hiring and Onboarding new team members.
  • You will have experience with Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines Management.

Skills that will help (optional):
  • An Operational Excellence skill set (Six Sigma, LEAN) would be an advantage.
  • Project Management accreditation (Prince2) would be an advantage.
  • Client Management experience would be an advantage.
  • Being involved in Risk Management would be an advantage.
