You will be enthusiastic, passionate, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You will have good organisational skills as well as an excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
You'll be a self-motivator, willing to go the extra mile, with a strong commitment to working closely with both colleagues within the Customer Care team, and the other departments within Alzheimer's Society. .
