You will bring:
  • Knowledge of governance principles, committee processes, information governance and records management.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality minutes, reports and governance documentation.
  • Experience supporting committee administration and maintaining governance documentation and records to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating meetings involving senior stakeholders, including agenda preparation, paper management, minute taking and action tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
