Job summaryThe successful applicant should possess FRCS ORL HNS (or equivalent) and should be included on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of CCT at the time of interview, if currently within a training programme within the UK. In accordance with the consultant appointment regulations, all other categories of doctors must be on the Specialist Register.Applicants should have established skills in Otolaryngology and its related specialties. Main duties of the jobRequired to fill this 10 PA new post within the ENT Department at the Leeds General Infirmary for a Consultant in Otolaryngology, with a sub-speciality interest in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver expert care for patients requiring Head & Neck input while contributing to the general ENT service.This post will deliver 8.5 PAs supporting the ENT team and 1.5 SPA.The post will be based at the ENT department, General Infirmary at Leeds and Wharfedale General Hospital.

Theatres are in the same area as our related specialties, allowing ease of interspecialty work. The paediatric work is carried out in the adjacent Children's Hospital, with excellent ward and ICU facilities.
