Job summary

Community Hub Coordinator supporting Community Health Services Nursing and Therapy teams across Coalville Health Centre and Legion House.

Requires excellent communication, attention to detail, multitasking skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle essential.

Flexible working across a 7-day service (07:30-18:00), including weekends and Bank holidays.

Main duties of the job

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Community Nursing and Therapy teams, using SystmOne to manage electronic patient records, referrals, tasks and data entry.

Assist with audit data collection, order and monitor equipment and supplies, and support Clinicians and Team Leads in delivering high-quality patient care.

The role requires excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
