Job summary

The Capital Development team plays a critical role in delivering the Trust's capital investment programme, including new builds, refurbishments, and equipment replacement schemes across all sites. Working across a complex and high-value portfolio, the team ensures robust financial management, effective governance, and consistent programme oversight.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support the Capital Development team. This role sits at the heart of the team's day-to-day operations, providing essential administrative, financial, and programme management support to enable the successful delivery of capital projects.

Main duties of the job

o Procurement and Financial Administrationo PMO and Programme Supporto Meetings, Minute-taking, and Administrationo Provide flexible administrative support across Property Services priorities as directed, ensuring duties remain commensurate with the grade and scope of the post.o Provide holiday cover for other administrative services, such as car parking administration; accommodation office; input and track of overtime and on-call for engineers on healthroster system; diary management and meeting co-ordination.

  • Experience of minute-taking and agenda preparation in a professional setting
  • Experience of supporting a project or programme office, including maintaining trackers, dashboards, or project logs.
