Person specificationEducation and Qualifications Essential criteria - GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths
- NVQ 3 in administration or related subject or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Strong IT skills in relation to Microsoft packages including word/excel.
Experience Essential criteria - Recent relevant NHS experience
- Recent experience of establishing and maintaining office systems, data collection and analysis
- Experience of working in a busy environment that requires flexibility
Desirable criteria - Experience of working with or in a Multi-disciplinary Team
- Experience of Patient Administration Systems
Knowledge Essential criteria - Accurate keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)
Key Skills Essential criteria - Excellent communication skills in both written and oral, including ability to relate to people.
