As the Business Readiness Lead within our Technology Function, you will focus on core change and readiness delivery ensuring change and readiness is embedded into the business successfully across a number of programmes. The initial focus will be on the mobile side of the business working closely with the programme team to ensure that readiness & change is defined, scoped and delivered prior to successful go live. As the readiness lead you will play a critical role in ensuring the future of the mobile business is at the forefront of Dixons Carphones strategy and vision, delivering key core readiness and change activity throughout our Transformation roadmap.
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Lead all Business Readiness (Change) activities on a significant multi year omni-channel programme implementing a new online and instore technology
Lead all aspects of business readiness -from project initiation to implementation, including defining change approach, communication, change, training and organisational design activities
Expected to oversee/ manage a significant team
Must have experience of doing a similar role previously i.e. implementation of significant omni-channel replatforming such as SAP Commerce, Salesforce implementation
Partner with business and programme leads to successfully land change through identification, planning and delivery of key business readiness activities using a common methodology and approach
Successful candidate will also form part of our Permanent Business Readiness Team, responsible for shaping and driving the Change agenda at Dixons Carphone, as well as owning our internal change methodology
This is a senior position and the successful candidate must have senior level stakeholder experience and be comfortable at working with significant project teams and third parties as well as not being afraid to dive into the detail when required
Must have Retail Omni-channel experience - online / store
You will need:
Experience of performing a similar role (Business Readiness or Change Management) in an omnicahnnel environment.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end business change, including Change Impact Plans, Comms and Training.
The ability to communicate change effectively across the whole business
A strong customer focus reinforcing the customer first, understanding future markets, customer behaviours and requirements to influence strategy
