Main duties of the jobWhat You'll Be DoingPreparing and serving patientmeals in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.
Supporting patients by providinga friendly, welcoming, and compassionate service.
Working closely with ward andkitchen teams to ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensuring individual dietaryrequirements and preferences are met.
Maintaining clean, organisedpantry and food service areas in line with health and safety standards.
Assisting with stock control,stock rotation, and ensuring food quality standards are maintained.
Delivering meals and provisionsto wards and clinical areas when required.
Supporting supervisors andmanagers in achieving service excellence and operational targets.
Completing quality checks,audits, and documentation to maintain high service standards.
Working flexibly across differenthospital departments and food service areas.
