Please apply for this job as soon as you can, if interested*** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 administrator coordinator to join the Birmingham Community Healthcare Foundation Trust Central & West Therapy Hub based at Moseley hall Hospital. The Therapy Hub is a community based team comprising occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation technicians, rehabilitation assistants and administrative support.
Main duties of the jobAs part of the Therapy Hub Team, the Band 3 Administrator Coordinator will work alongside the existing Administrator, Senior Administrator and Clinical Team Lead in supporting the Team activities.
The C&W Therapy Hub Team is looking for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join a busy office and become a member of our friendly service.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential - GCSE Maths Grade C or above or equivalent/or equivalent experience
- NVQ Level 3, Diploma or equivalent experience.
- ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
Experience Essential - Experience of diary management/electronic diaries
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Previous NHS/ Healthcare experience of administration and clerical work
Desirable - Experience of Electronic or non-electronic filing systems
Skills/Knowledge Essential - Good written & Verbal communication skills
- Data Input skills
- Ability to handle people in a courteous and sensitive manner
- Understanding & commitment to equal opportunities
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the Data Protection Act
Desirable - Knowlege of clinical IT systems eg: RIO, System 1 etc
