Qualifications

Essential criteria

• GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of using word processing packages
• Experience in a similar administrative/business support role

Desirable criteria

• Experience working in the NHS or public sector.

Skills/knowledge

Essential criteria

• Knowledge of database input, producing standard reports
• Knowledge of electronic patient information systems, Ability to input accurately
• Good organisation skills
• IT skills including word, excel and outlook
• Customer service experience
