Job Title: AV Services Coordinator

Department: Facilities

Location: London

Hours: Shift rota between 07:00 - 19:00, 35 hours Monday to Friday. Some out of hours & weekend work (flexibility required)

Purpose of the role:

To support the AV services team in the delivery of a comprehensive, efficient and error free service provision that meets the needs of the firm, covering both internal / external clients within client facing and internal meeting and training rooms.

Candidate Overview

We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Previous practical experience in basic AV setups.
• Experience of planning and co-ordinating corporate events
• Experience of using a booking system, preferably Condeco
• Previous experience of undertaking manual handling duties desirable
