• Listening Sessions with Sales Force on current perception
• Work to build a diverse pipeline to ensure representation in leadership teams
• Support Bias Breaking Training and initiatives for hiring managers
• Collaborate with partner organisations

RECRUITMENT

• Assessment of our current communication and policies
• Generate feedback from the Market on our perception as employer
• Implement change programme to drive mix of female applications in a positive direction

DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT

• Full review of our Discrimination & Harassment Policies
• Roll-out comprehensive training across entire employee base of BBG policy and what action to take in situations
• Gather feedback from our teams on their current experiences and what we should be doing better

PREGNANCY & CHILDREN

• Analysis of how women progress in the business post having children.
• Assessment of our policies to ensure support for BBG Parents.
• Working together with Parents & Carers BRG to find best route forward for BBG and Parents within the organisation
