Inclusion at Vodafone

Networks

Our Multicultural Network, (Multicultural at VodafoneThree) is open to everyone at  VodafoneThree, regardless of their race, ethnicity or nationality. By celebrating different cultures, the group works to create greater understanding and an even deeper sense of belonging among everyone here.

Our Black Professionals Network, (Black Professionals at VodafoneThree) exists to empower people from African and Caribbean descent to develop the careers they want. Through initiatives and events, they’re enabling and encouraging Black professionals to celebrate their identity, establishing a system of support to help them progress and educating everyone at VodafoneThree on issues around race.

We run many activities to raise awareness, start conversations and tackle issues. These include sessions on allyship, a ‘Let’s Celebrate Black History’ webinar and Diversi-TEA event, virtual cook-along lunches, Sickle Cell webinar, networking events, a ‘Let’s talk about REACH’ fireside chat and other virtual discussions to name just a few.

Owning change

Through action, allyship, and anti-racism our Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) plan is making  VodafoneThree a more inclusive place to be.

Working with our employee networks and internal teams we’re creating a workplace where people of all backgrounds and cultures can be themselves and achieve their best.

Leading from the top.

We’ve set ourselves targets to make sure we’re doing more to end racial inequality everywhere. By 2025, we will increase the number of people from ethnically diverse heritages in leadership positions to 20% of UK-based senior management, 4% of whom will be Black.
