Hybrid Working - The general expectation is to be based in the office at least twice per week (dependant on department / role / personal circumstances).
Our offices remain essential business hubs, but we support remote and flexible working. Our offices have evolved as spaces for collaboration, group work and networking, while also providing individual desks as needed.
We aim for in-person interactions where it helps to sustain our culture and connections, but all of our employee services are be available in digital formats. Career opportunities, events and wellbeing resources are accessible to all and not dependant on being in an office. We have adapted our systems, routines and training programmes to make remote working productive and positive.
UK and US employees can buy equipment, such as display monitors, keyboards, etc. for up to £250.
Flexible Working - There are a number of ways to work flexibly, either on an ad hoc basis where it might be helpful to flex working pattern for a particular occasion;or on a more permanent basis.
Options are: Part time working, Flexing shift hours and patterns, Job sharing, Working a compressed week, Working from home, Taking time back in lieu, Term time working.
There is also an opportunity to purchase additional holidays.
