The Defence Women’s Network are an inclusive supportive network encouraging discussion and exploration of gender inequality issues and challenges – open to men and women alike. Our network was formed to break down the barriers of gender equality and discrimination by challenging inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. We want to celebrate women’s achievements and encourage women to become respected leaders of our communities whilst aiming to positively and proactively contribute in creating a diverse workforce, where women can reach their full potential.
