Flexibility championed– hybrid working and 10-week Work Away Programme at Sage.

Let's be honest, work is important, but the rest of your life is too. As a human-centered organisation, we believe people do their best work when work and life are balanced. We recognise that means something different for everyone, which is why, in addition to adopting hybrid working as the foundational structure to how we work, we also created our ‘Work Away’ Framework.

Through ‘Work Away’ we are knocking down even more barriers to help our colleagues thrive. For up to 10 weeks every year, colleagues can work in any of the 40 countries (worldwide) we have enlisted in our framework, connecting them to families and friends, allowing them to travel and experience different cultures and expanding their horizons.

Our success is driven by innovation and experimentation and our commitment to flexibility has drastically turned the tables on the way our teams collaborate, which has evolved the way they innovate. Ditching the traditional and rigid 9 to 5 schedule works for our people, which works well for Sage customers too!
