Life has its harder moments, and support should be there when it does. Every eligible colleague has access to our Employee Assistance Programme and to remote GP services. Day to day, our people are supported by trained mental health first aiders, a colleague wellbeing focus group, and regular confidential check-ins with our People Team, all part of our commitment to making sure everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
