Employee assistance programme

Our strong family culture means the health and wellbeing of our people is enormously important to us. That’s why we offer help for when it’s needed the most. All colleagues, part of our Sir Robert McAlpine family have access to our Employee Assistance Programme which provides free, confidential advice to help you deal with any personal issues.

It's available 24 hours a day, every day to individuals and their immediate family members if they live at the same address or are in full time education up to 24 years old. Services include:

Structured telephone counselling
Referral to face to face counselling
Referral for serious illness and accident support
Legal advice
Medical Information
